1.general

- Prices can be increased due to complexity, which will be discussed during confirmation of your comms!
- I have the right to turn down any custom.
- Feel free to send references for characters, poses, but lmk in case you're going to be very picky about the art

2.payment

- Please pay the full amount after the sketch is approved.
-Refunds are not permitted once the commission is in the making.
- Payment via PayPal (USD).
-If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting [e.g. change pose], I may charge a 25% extra.

3.usage

-no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art/design, sell prints or products, etc.-you can resize or crop the artwork/design to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.-You can make games/videos/comics/big projects featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are designer credited in a fair and practical way along the other character design credits, not hiding or making it difficult to find the information! Example: "Character name" created by t_ired.-you can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are for personal use.-under NO circumstances should my designs and arts be used in any form of cryptocurrency trading or NFT minting.

- A full reference includes 1 fullbody, 1 half-body, 1 chibi and 1 icon-Sketch Options are colored or not, if you'd like to color yourself!
- For a Redesign, is - $5 to the normal pieces, except Chibi.- Weapon Design is avaible, but needed to be discussed on dm. For adding weapon designs on custom/redesign,it can be $10 ~$25- No complicated backgrounds, only solid colors for these- Turnaround time can vary to 2 weeks to 2 months ! feel free to ask!
